Fusion Organics began with the idea of fusing organic produce with good quality products to provide Cairns with a unique healthy dining alternative.

We soon discovered that a need for allergy-free foods existed and altered our menu accordingly.

By listening to our customers we have developed a menu that caters to the most discerning of appetites with vegan, vegetarian, Gluten, Wheat, Dairy, egg and sugar-free dishes. Meat eaters are not forgotten.

We make everything on site and have an evolving menu which provides an endless variety of nutritious, tasty dishes.

We create fabulous sandwiches, have a range of fresh and inviting salad, vary our luncheon menu daily and serve beautiful juices and great coffee between 7:00am and 5:00pm (Saturdays we close at 2:00pm and Sundays we rest).

Due to our customers' continued requests, we are preparing to open our doors at night in April.
