Fusion Organics was born of the desire to dine out on good wholesome foods and have a damn good coffee. Not finding it meant one thing, creating it.

Each day the team tries to create a fusion feeling which lasts our customers the rest of the day. We endeavour to make every experience a healthy and happy one which you don't only benefit from but enjoy.

We were lucky and found a lovely old building, originally an ambulance centre, which has become a sanctuary in the middle of town. Our customers find a leafy corner cafe where good food and good fun re-energize their day. The large courtyard allows for breezy dining and the couch makes it easier for older bones to sit and relax.

We have set about making interesting, tasty dishes that leave behind the idea of deep fried and highly refined and have replace it with fresh and healthy. Though don't be dissuaded our food has very creative twists; healthy doesn’t mean bland. We have personally created a wide variety of dishes to ensure most dietary requirements are fulfilled.

We also took into consideration those who are normally restricted in their eating habits because of their allergies. At Fusion the team have been inventive and the result, allergy free food that ranges from delicious main course to tempting treats which will have you coming back for more.
